1. Using the marketplace
By creating an account on Swift Mart LLC you agree to follow these terms, our listing rules and all applicable laws in your country.
2. Buyer licences
Every purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files. Reselling or redistributing a product as-is is not permitted unless the seller grants extended rights.
3. Seller obligations
Sellers must own or license the work they list, describe it accurately and deliver working files. Misleading listings are removed and repeat violations end the account.
4. Payments and escrow
Payments are collected in USD and held in escrow until delivery is confirmed. Platform fees depend on your seller plan.
5. Account suspension
We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, chargeback abuse, copyright infringement or attempts to bypass the platform.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes are announced by email before they take effect.
