Refund policy
Digital goods are non-returnable, so refunds cover delivery and quality problems.
You qualify when
- The file is corrupted, incomplete or will not open.
- The product is materially different from its listing.
- Your download never unlocked and support could not fix it.
- You were charged twice for the same product.
You do not qualify when
- You changed your mind after downloading a working file.
- You lack the software required and listed in the description.
- The request comes more than 7 days after purchase.
How to request
Contact support with your order number and a short description. Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
