How fast do I get my files?
Immediately. As soon as payment confirms, your download unlocks in your library and by email.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and US bank transfer. All prices are in USD.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 7 days if a product is corrupted, undeliverable or materially different from its listing.
How do sellers get paid?
Payouts leave escrow 48 hours after delivery, straight to your bank or PayPal account.
Do I keep access forever?
Yes. Every purchase stays in your library for life, including free updates from the creator.
Is there any listing fee for sellers?
No. Listing is free — we only take a small commission once a product actually sells.
Can I use the products for client work?
Most listings include a commercial licence. The exact licence is shown on every product page before checkout.
How do you verify creators?
Every seller passes identity and portfolio review, and their first listing is manually checked before going live.
What file formats will I receive?
Each listing states its formats — usually PDF, ZIP, Figma, Notion, MP4 or source code bundles.
Do you charge sales tax or VAT?
Applicable tax is calculated at checkout based on your country and shown before you pay.
Can I buy on behalf of my team?
Yes. Team licences and invoice-based billing are available — contact support and we set it up for you.
What if a download link stops working?
Your library links never expire. If anything fails, support re-issues the file within a few hours.
Do you offer courses with certificates?
Selected courses include a completion certificate; it is mentioned on the course page.
How do I contact a seller before buying?
